3. How a purchase is concluded
The presentation of products on this website is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer in itself. When you complete the checkout form and confirm payment, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract comes into existence when the order is confirmed and access to the product is sent to the email address you provided.
Checkout is operated by Digistore24 GmbH, which sells our products as an authorised reseller. Digistore24 is your contractual partner for payment, is the issuer of your invoice, and is the party that processes refunds. We remain responsible for the content of the products, for delivery and for customer support.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and automatic. Within a few minutes of payment you receive an email containing your download links or access details. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam and promotions folders, then write to soporteyumi@gmail.com and we will send it again manually. You are responsible for giving a correct and working email address.
To use the products you need a device able to open PDF files and play standard audio files, and an internet connection to download them.
5. Licence to use
On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product for your own private purposes. You may read it, print a copy for yourself and keep your own backup.
You may not:
- resell, rent, sublicense, give away or otherwise distribute the product or any part of it;
- upload it to a file-sharing service, forum, cloud folder or website accessible to others;
- share your download link or access credentials;
- reproduce the content in your own paid or free material, or use it to train a machine-learning model;
- remove or alter any copyright notice.
Breach of this clause terminates the licence immediately and without refund, and may give rise to a claim for damages.
6. Intellectual property
All text, images, audio, layout, design and trade names on this website and inside the products remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
7. Refunds
Every product on this site carries an unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. The full terms and the procedure are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
8. Nature of the products, and limits on what they promise
Our products are contemplative and educational in nature. They offer structures for reflection, attention and personal practice, drawn from devotional and philosophical traditions.
- They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and are not a diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any physical or mental condition.
- They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- They do not promise, predict or guarantee any specific outcome, event, experience or result. What any individual takes from a contemplative practice varies from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
- They are not a substitute for professional care. If you have a health concern, consult a licensed practitioner.
No statement anywhere on this website, in our advertising or inside the products should be read as a guarantee of any result.
9. Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Otherwise, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or for decisions you take on the basis of the content.
We do not warrant that this website will be available without interruption or free of error, although we make reasonable efforts to keep it so.
10. Your obligations
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this contract.
- You will provide accurate details at checkout.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or interfere with its operation.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products or to the law. The version in force at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by one that comes closest to its commercial purpose.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Goiânia, State of Goiás, Brazil.
Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction whose consumer protection law grants you mandatory rights, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of those mandatory provisions, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
14. Contact
